Environmental economist specializing in climate finance, carbon pricing, and sustainable energy policy, with experience coordinating ASEAN energy initiatives and facilitating multi-stakeholder energy projects.
Looking ahead, I believe market-based instruments such as carbon taxes, ETS, and Article 6 mechanisms, or RECs, are essential to mobilize private capital, deliver development co-benefits, and help meet NDCs and net-zero targets.
